Terms of service

Last updated

These terms are an agreement between you and Brocode 021 Doo, Dr Svetislava Kasapinovica 32, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (“we”, “us”). They apply when you use StintCrow. By using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

StintCrow is a browser tool for endurance karting teams. It helps teams plan stints, follow supported live timing sources, capture training laps and review race history.

The service is in pre-launch. We can add, change or remove features during this period.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You sign in with your own Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity in StintCrow that uses your account.

Give accurate information. If you create or administer a team, you must be authorized to act for that team.

3. Teams and administrators

Administrators control team membership, roles and shared settings. Keep join codes private and remove access when a member leaves the team. A team can have up to 100 drivers, including its creator. Other technical limits can apply to plans, sessions and uploads.

Add personal details, logos and images only when you have permission or another lawful basis to use them.

4. Fees and planned passes

All teams will need paid access at launch. Creating a team now does not give you continued free access. Checkout is not available yet. When you choose a plan during team setup, we record a preference only. We do not charge you, start a subscription, reserve a price or activate paid access.

We plan to offer:

  • Race Pass: €29, a one-off purchase for one team and one race.
  • Year Pass: €199 per year, a team subscription that runs for one year from the purchase date.

These prices are planned and are not an offer. Before any purchase, we will show the final price, taxes, included access, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Access teams, races or data that you are not authorized to access, or bypass access controls.
  • Interfere with the service, other teams or our infrastructure, including by overloading it.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Use connected timing sources in a way that breaks their terms.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you add, such as plans, notes, lap data and logos. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service and to show it to the users who have access to it, as the Privacy policy describes. Do not put confidential information in shared race records.

7. Our intellectual property

We own the StintCrow software, name, logo and site design. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Race decisions and timing data

The organizer’s official regulations, timing results, flags and race-control instructions always take priority over StintCrow. Your team is responsible for its plan and for safe sporting decisions. We do not guarantee regulatory compliance, a result, a pit window or uninterrupted data.

Timing data comes from third-party providers and depends on their data quality and on your connection. Values can be delayed, missing, paused or estimated. Planned clocks and driver order do not confirm who is driving. Check freshness indicators and confirm stint progress in the saved plan.

Training observations that wait in browser storage are not yet saved to the server. Export them before you clear browser data or change devices.

9. Third-party services

StintCrow relies on third-party services, such as Google sign-in, Google Firebase and live timing providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using StintCrow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you before we do this.

11. Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost races, results, prize money, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Serbia governs these terms. Courts in Novi Sad, Serbia, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.

14. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We tell users about material changes through the service before they take effect. Additional purchase terms will apply when checkout becomes available.

15. Contact

Send questions, complaints and notices by post to Brocode 021 Doo, Dr Svetislava Kasapinovica 32, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Mark the letter “StintCrow”. Include the account or team concerned and how we can reply. Do not send passwords or timing-provider access keys.
